I have plans to evolve my Vaporeon/Charmeleon cross Mataya into a Vaporeon/Charizard cross. But I need to get an Upgrade Stone first.
I had a lot of fun designing her final form! I have to say I love her wings probably the most.=D

Anyways I'll eventually finish this, but for now enjoy the sketch.^^
