Mikko

It's about time I  introduced this guy, he's been around for ages! Almost as long as his sister has been. This is Luki's twin brother.
Like his sister Mikko has had a rough life. They were both snatched away from their trainer when they were just Eevee's by Team Rocket. They were both experimented on, in a mad attempted at creating a Super Eevee that has all the powers of it's evolution. Only 3 Eevee's survived the experimentation, and only 2 were successes. Luki and Sectrum.

Mikko was greatly weakened by the experimentation. It left his right front leg with very fragile bones, (almost like brittle bone disease) it brakes very easily. That's why it as a brace on it, to give it better support and to shield it. His hind legs were shattered when Sectrum was ordered to attack him. He would have been killed if Luki hadn't turned on Sectrum to protected Mikko. But it was to late for his legs, they had to be amputated.
Luki managed to escape from Team Rocket with Mikko but she had to leave him behind hidden under a bush in order to get away for Sectrum.

Mikko was found not to long after Luki left him by his trainer Wade Forbes. Who had actually joined Team Rocket to find his 2 stolen Eevee.
Wade ended up moving to Sinnoh to live with his cousin Erin Winters.

Mikko loves music, and is actually really good at playing the Guitar, and the Piano. He's also got a really nice voice. Which everyone can enjoy since he can actually speak human. A nice side effected from Team Rockets experimentation.
He's a very happy creature, he doesn't let what happened to him keep him form enjoying life.
