This is in a way a redo of this picture 
back when I draw the first one my story was majorly in development. Heck! I didn't really have a story back then, just a couple of characters that I drew a lot, and constantly throw half baked ideas onto.

I didn't really have a story back then, just a couple of characters that I drew a lot, and constantly throw half baked ideas onto. Now their is a story, with strong, deep characters, parts of the story are still in development, but once I'm done with the bits that are towards the beginning of the story, I'm going to start writing it out in earnest.
I haven't decided if I'm going to draw it as a comic, or just leave it in texted form since I'm going to be writing it down basically as a book anyways.

I guess I'll decided once I get to that point.There is a part in the story where Charmin, and Ivy get lost in a snow covered wood. Ivy is very sensitive to the cold, she gets very sick (and turns pale) if she is exposed to icy things for to long, but luckily she has Charmin with her to help keep her warm, and carry her.
I was trying to make this look like an oil painting, I kind of miss oil painting, I haven't been able to paint traditionally in years! I'd love to do so again, but I have no place to paint here, so I'll have to be happy with attempting to make digital knockoffs.

Hehehe, did notice the canvas texture, nice touch. The sparkle effect is a bit too dramatic at parts though (Doesn't look bad, but just pointing it out).
It makes sense that, being a Grass type, cold gets onto Ivy. She must really appreciate having Charmin's flame nearby, specially in moments like these.
Anyway, amazing job., this scene is intense but beautiful.
